1..Copies of all records in the possession or control of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), including records obtained from the New Jersey State Police or the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, that reference or relate to or constitute any photographs (or copies thereof) developed by the New Jersey State Police from film confiscated on September 11, 2001 from passengers in a Chevy white van with New Jersey registration JRJ-13Y and vehicle identification number of 1GCEG15W4Y1142815 listed to Urban Moving Systems. Such photographs were reported by the New Jersey State Police to have been given to the FBI on September 13, 2001 or thereabouts.
2. Copies of all records in the possession or control of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), including records obtained from the City or State of New York or the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, that reference or relate to or constitute any order, direction or instruction from the FBI or Department of Justice (DOJ) or any federal official following the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks (9/11) communicated in any manner to then Mayor Giuliani or any other New York City or New York State government or law enforcement official to terminate or suspend any New York City or New York State criminal or terrorism investigation of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center.
3. Copies of all records in the possession or control of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that reference or relate to or constitute former FBI agent Richard Lambert’s 2,000 page Interim Major Case Summary that Agent Lambert submitted to the FBI. Agency Lambert is the former Inspector in charge of the FBI’s Amerithrax investigation.
4. Copies of all records in the possession or control of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that reference or relate to terrorist cells known or suspected to be operating in New Jersey between October 2000 and October 2001, and that reference or relate to any investigation (at any time) of such terrorist cells. The records requested include records of any type or in any format, including reports, memoranda, letters, email messages, notes, logs, fax transmissions, records of telephone calls, witness statements, interviews, affidavits, declarations, depositions, articles, photos, videos, slides, Powerpoint or other presentations, audio recordings, and FBI 302 forms.

Copies of all records in the possession or control of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) that reference or relate to Dr. David Graham of Shreveport, Louisiana; that reference or relate to Dr. David Graham's knowledge of and/or reports regarding 9/11 hijackers; that reference or relate to Dr. Graham’s death; and/or that referenced or relate to Dr. Graham’s reported interactions with Mohammad Jamal Khan, Nawaf al-Hazmi, Fayez Banihamad and/or Khalid al-Mihdhar. The records requested include records of any type or in any format, including reports, memoranda, letters, email messages, notes, logs, fax transmissions, records of telephone calls, witness statements, interviews, affidavits, declarations, depositions, articles, photos, videos, slides, Powerpoint or other presentations, audio recordings, and FBI 302 forms.

Copies of all records in the possession or control of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), including records obtained from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), that reference or relate to potential, attempted, or actual insider trading or other illegal trades or transactions on the stock market, including suspicious increases in certain types of transactions including “put options” or “call options,” in the six-month period prior to, and including the day of, the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks (9/11). This request includes any records resulting from, related to, or that reference FBI or SEC investigation of any such suspicious pre-9/11 or on 9/11 trading activities and any interviews with any persons who, or officials of any corporate entities that, made substantial profit from any put options and/or call options, or any other suspicious stock market transactions during this six-month period prior to or on 9/11. The records requested include records of any type or in any format, including reports, memoranda, letters, email messages, notes, logs, fax transmissions, records of telephone calls, witness statements, interviews, affidavits, declarations, depositions, articles, photos, videos, slides, Powerpoint or other presentations, audio recordings, and FBI 302 forms.
