How you can help stop UK bombing of Syria
Our previous newsletter included a link to a previous version of the lobbying letter. Below is the link to the new lobbying letter.
Join the mass protests against government policies at the Tory party conference
Tens of thousands will join the protests against a range of government policies at the Tory party conference, 3-7 October, including the mass demonstration called by the TUC this Sunday 4 October.
Protest makes a difference: please do join us in Manchester if you can. There are coaches from around the country going to the TUC demonstration on Sunday.
We have our own Stop the War coach in London which is going to the TUC demonstration. Return tickets are just £10/£5 concessions. Phone our office to book your seat if you would like to help out on Sunday: 020 7561 4830.

Stop the War relies on people like you for the activities and resources necessary to maintain a strong movement. We are committed to campaigning with everyone who agrees with our basic ideas, to bolster anti-war opinion and strengthen the mass movement. We need to be better organised and better funded. Please join today.
Stop the War has no wealthy backers. Since our founding in 2001, our campaigns and small office have been funded entirely by our members, supporters and affiliated organisations. We need your support.
In the words of actor Mark Rylance: Stop The War works tirelessly to keep us informed about our unfortunate involvement as British citizens in War.
Please help sustain our vital work opposing the UK government war policies.
